FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MIAMI/RUSSIA: Literally on the heals of announcing its foray into the emerging EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) markets, The Kitchen has announced the formation of The Kitchen-Russia, based in Moscow.

With newly appointed Managing Director of The Kitchen EMEA, Yoram Chertok cementing the deal, The Kitchen Russia becomes the first overseas acquisition of the 16 year old, Miami-based, Emmy Winning language-dubbing studio.

“The Kitchen-Russia, originally called D&C TV, is a studio I am quite familiar with,” Yoram Chertok explained. “I know that the D&C product can match the quality of work that The Kitchen is known for, as I’ve worked with them on behalf of numerous major distribution companies from Western Europe and the Far East.  We are extremely excited about being able to offer our clients the very best in Russian dubbing, as more and more distributors are recognizing the value and importance of all of the Eastern European languages.”

The Kitchen currently provides dubbing services, to and from the Russian language for a number of well-known producers of children’s programming and live action series.

Yoram Chertok continued, “The Russian TV and New Media market is a major one and therefore we prioritize it. We believe that for a job well done, one needs to understand this unique market inside and out – regulation, client's needs and most importantly – budgets.  The Kitchen Russia, as all of EMAE's studios, will offer high quality, best rates and always a friendly hand and listening ear to the client's needs.”

In order to facilitate the large volume of anticipated projects coming in, The Kitchen Russia will also soon be adding a well-known St. Petersburg based studio to the team – an excellent, tested and highly skilled facility as well.
